A: We use a variety of veneer species to make our veneer plywood products, including white oak, red oak, walnut, American white ash, Chinese ash, maple, American cherry, and more. We source our wood from sustainable forests and work with suppliers who prioritize environmental responsibility and ethical sourcing practices.
A: Our main customers are fancy plywood wholesalers, furniture factories, door factories, whole-house customization factories, cabinet production enterprises, hotel construction and decoration/real estate decoration, and so on.
A: Our commercial plywood comes in a range of standard sizes, including 2440*1220mm (4’x8’), 2800*1220mm (4’x9’), 3050*1220mm (4x10’), 3200*1220mm (4’x10.5’), 3600*1220mm (4’x12’). And the thickness could be 3.6mm, 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 25mm.
A: We normally use thin veneer (thickness from 0.12mm to 0.2mm) to produce 4’x8’ fancy plywood. And we use thick veneer (thickness of around 0.4mm to 0.45mm) to produce fancy plywood as size of 2440*1220mm (4’x8’), 2800*1220mm (4’x9’), 3050*1220mm (4x10’), 3200*1220mm (4’x10.5’), 3600*1220mm (4’x12’).
A: We mainly use plywood as our base material for veneer lamination. But we can also use MDF, particle board, OSB, blockboard to produce veneered boards.
A: Yes, we offer a range of customization options for our veneer laminated boards, including custom sizes, thicknesses, finishes, and more, from face veneer to base materials. Our sales and customer service team can work with you to determine your specific needs and provide personalized solutions to meet them.
A: The MOQ is 50-100pcs. For different products, the MOQ is different. Welcome to order sample.
A: Yes, free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.
A: You send us your sample abroad and tell us your specific requirements. Then we produce a relevant sample according to yours with quotation. And then we send you our sample to your country for your reference and confirmation.
A: Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, packinglist, etc.
A: It depends on the product type and order quantity. Usually we can ship within 7 days for normal orders after receiving full payment. But for large orders, we need about 15 to 20 days.
A: We normally require 30% payment by TT for deposit of order before production, 70% by TT before shipment, or 30% payment by TT for deposit of order before production, 70% by irrevocable LC at sight.
